Madlanga Commission | Brown Mogotsi wraps testimony: Azania Mnisi

Madlanga Commission Chairperson Justice Mbuyiseli Madlanga has described North West businessman Brown Mogotsi as a witness willing to say anything, no matter how untrue, to achieve his objectives.

This follows Mogotsi's submission of a sworn affidavit in which he admitted that he lied under oath about a meeting involving himself, Hangwani Maumela and Sulliman Carrim.

Mogotsi told the commission that the false testimony was intended to deliberately engineer a postponement of Carrim's evidence.
