Western Cape floods death toll rises to 11

The death toll due to flooding in the Western Cape has risen to eleven.

This, after the body of an 82-year-old man was recovered on a neighbouring farm at Worcester in the Breede Valley after he was swept away in floodwaters.

Rescue and recovery teams remain hard at work in the area, which is now without water and large parts, still without electricity.
