Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri highlighted the exceptional trust and confidence underpinning the India-UAE relationship as Prime Minister Narendra Modi concluded his eighth visit to the UAE in 12 years.Several key agreements were concluded to further strengthen the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership, particularly in energy.

These include enhancing UAE participation in India’s Strategic Petroleum Reserves to 30 million barrels, establishment of strategic gas reserves, and long-term LPG supply agreements.

The UAE remains India’s seventh largest investor over the past 25 years.
