Emfuleni fraud case postponed to Monday

The bail application of a former fleet manager at the Emfuleni Local Municipality has been postponed to next Monday.

42-year-old, Lerato Mpholo has appeared briefly in the Vanderbijlpark Magistrate's Court in connection with an alleged R16-million corrupt tender scheme.

The Gauteng Political Killings Task Team arrested Mpholo on 10 July. He faces charges of fraud and corruption linked to the alleged irregular awarding of a municipal vehicle contract.
