The ANC's National Executive Committee (NEC) says it supports President Cyril Ramaphosa's decision to seek a judicial review of Parliament's Section 89 independent panel report into the Phala Phala matter.

On Monday, President Ramaphosa announced that, following legal advice, he would challenge the findings of the panel chaired by former Chief Justice Sandile Ngcobo, which found that he had a case to answer.
