The Madlanga Commission is hearing a recusal application filed against Chief Evidence Leader Advocate Matthew Chaskalson by controversial businessman and alleged political fixer, Brown Mogotsi.

Mogotsi's legal counsel, Advocate Nthabiseng Mohomane has argued that the application for Chaskalson's recusal is based on perceived bias and a lack of impartiality.
