The legal team of National Coloured Congress leader and MP, Fadiel Adams, will deliver their argument for bail in the Pinetown Magistrate's Court in KZN on Friday.
Adams was arrested in Cape Town last week on charges of fraud and defeating the ends of justice. This, after he allegedly interfered with two cases handled by the SAPS Political Killings Task Team.
In one instance, Adams allegedly interviewed and shot a video of one of the accused in prison, while the high-profile murder trial of ANC Youth League Secretary General, Sindiso Magaqa, was underway.
The State has argued that if Adams is granted bail, he may attempt to interfere with witnesses.
