Madlanga Commission | Mogotsi wants Chaskalson recused, raises concerns about his conduct

The Madlanga Commission of Inquiry, being held at the Brigitte Mabadlana Justice College in Pretoria, is set to hear a recusal application filed by controversial businessman and alleged political fixer Brown Mogotsi against chief evidence leader, Advocate Matthew Chaskalson.

Mogotsi, who first appeared before the Commission late last year, has raised concerns regarding Chaskalson's conduct.

He has accused the advocate of attempting to portray him as dishonest and subjecting him to aggressive and humiliating questioning.
