Call to boost agro-processing investment

A Professor at the Agricultural Research Council says Agro-processing in South Africa has not been explored enough. Prof Sonja Venter says the council has done intensive research in the agro-processing industry to find innovative ways to expand the sector. She says if explored to its full potential, agro-processing could create much-needed employment opportunities.
