Dr Nandipha Magudumana takes Tanzania extradition case to ConCourt

Dr Nandipha Magudumana's Counsel, Advocate Anton Katz, says her deportation was an abduction rather than a lawful extradition. Magudumana has approached the Constitutional Court to challenge the lawfulness of her extradition from Tanzania. That's where she was found, along with her partner and convicted rapist and murderer, Thabo Bester, after fleeing South Africa following Bester's escape from the Mangaung Correctional facility in Bloemfontein. Judgment has been reserved.
