Spookie Town residents stranded after floods

Residents of Spookie Town informal settlement in Rawsonville, in the Breede Valley Municipality are appealing to be relocated. This come after floodwaters raged through the area when the Smalblaar River burst its banks during the devastating storm which lashed the province. Vanessa Poonah has more.
