Brown Mogotsi back in court

North West businessman, Brown Mogotsi is back in court on Monday morning.

This after losing his third bail application bid.

Mogotsi faces charges of defeating the ends of justice, relating to the state alleging that he faked his attempted murder in the shooting of his own car.

He also faces a case of unlawful possession of a firearm.
