SAHRC | Public submissions on impact of data centres

The South African Human Rights Commission is calling for public submissions on the human rights impact of expansion of data centres and digital infrastructure in South Africa.

The commission warns that the expansion of data centres raises serious human rights, environmental and governance concerns.
