Cape Storms | Many people remain trapped by flood waters

Humanitarian aid organisation Gift of the Givers says relief efforts are continuing at Worcester and Rawsonville in the Boland for residents affected by the widespread flooding in the Western Cape.

Thousands of people have been left destitute and completely cut off due to the floods.
