The ANC NEC will brief the media following its Special NEC meeting in Cape Town last night, called to discuss the Constitutional Court judgement nullifying Parliament's rejection of the Section 89 Panel Report, which found that President Cyril Ramaphosa may have a case to answer in the theft of dollars at his farm in Limpopo in 2020.
