Joburg residents urged to keep safe, warm

As adverse weather conditions continue to wreak havoc across the country, the Johannesburg Emergency Management Services has warned residents urges residents to stay safe and keep warm.

Just this week, four toddlers have died in shack fires across the city and surrounding areas.
