Vusimuzi "Cat" Matlala appears in the Pretoria High Court on fraud and corruption charges linked to the 360-million Rand SAPS tender and suspended National Police Commissioner, General Fannie Masemola, is expected to join controversial businessman Vusimuzi "Cat" Matlala in the dock at the Pretoria Magistrate's Court today.
