But, he ends up becoming a puppet and becomes part of violence in the classroom. Jeong-soon, a mother who single-handedly raises her son Yeong-ok, pieces together her repressed childhood memories with the help of a new doctor. As she roams all over Jeju wearing sunglasses, memories of the day she had buried for over 50 years begins to surface. The name she wanted to forget out of shame and the name she had to protect with her whole being. The painful secret of Jeju, which was too heavy even to recall, a brilliant truth that pierces through the lives of the two.
