Joburg on drive to save City

Johannesburg officials are demolishing shops that have been illegally constructed on the sidewalks of Small Street in the CBD.

Shop owners have been instructed to remove their belongings to allow law enforcement to open the pathways on the popular street.

The demolitions continue for a second day as part of a by-law enforcement drive.
