Phala Phala | Parliament to constitute Impeachment Committee

National Assembly Speaker Thoko Didiza, has given direction for a process to constitute the Impeachment Committee to consider section 89 inquiry process.

This follows the Constutitional Court judgment which directed the National Assembly to establish an Impeachment Committee to probe the findings of the Section 89 Independent Panel Report.

The report found that President Cyril Ramaphosa may have a case to answer on the theft of foreign currency at his Phala Phala game farm in Limpopo.
