Second cold front headed for Western Cape

Authorities in the Western Cape are bracing for further severe weather conditions as a second cold front is expected to bring more rain, flooding and strong winds.

Joint operations centres have been activated from local to provincial level following warnings issued by the South African Weather Service (SAWS).
