I don’t think this law (if passed) would stand up under one ounce of judicial scrutiny under the 1st amendment. The court has been very clear on what a direct incitement to violence is. It’s called the Brandenburg test, and dates back all the way to 1969 (Brandenburg v Ohio). It sets a very high and clear bar for what speech is NOT protected. What Shirley is doing is clearly not that. And knocking on the door of a public facing business to ask questions is clearly not trespassing or harassment.
We need more Nick Shirley's! We have to remove impunity in every aspect of the law because it fosters mass corruption. When will this be enough craziness - America's tormentors have been released and they are in positions of power in all levels of government and it appears the demonic spirit has a hold of the Democratic Party.

This is why America is doomed if Democrats win the midterms, they are pushing bills to control the citizens. It won't take long if they can pass bills at the federal level to control everyone and the brainwashed fools will feel the effects firsts but it will be to late for everyone else.
This would be some next level infringement of freedom of speech to prevent investigative journalism into corrupt government practices that are exploiting the working american's taxes to fund immigrants who largely vote for democrats (and shouldn't be voting at all, but that's another issue to look into.)
