It is also because they are different types of language. Contrary to what many ignorant Americans may believe, Iranians and Arabs are different. The Persian (Farsi) language is not at all remotely close to English. Translations are hard between Farsi and English. Just think of how Spanish is a romance language. Then think about body language. Certain geatures that Persians do are very offensive to some American cultures. For example, some cultures dont use toilet paper, they use bidets. Basic Anthropology. Anyway, Persian and Arab languages (Islam means peace, it is a religion, not a place, see Kareem Abdul Jabaar, famous actor from Airplane), etc. It is very powerful now that Iranians can communicate to English speakers via translation.
