CSOs urge African leaders to prioritize good governance for sustainable development

The civil society organizations CSOs have urged heads of state across Africa to prioritize good governance as the central driver for sustainable development. Speaking in Nairobi county during the social innovation pavilion forum ahead of the two-day Africa Forward Summit 2026 scheduled for Monday and Tuesday next week, civil society called on leaders to relook at governance models to ensure transparency accountability and rule of law.
