PM Suraksha Bima Yojana Brings Financial Support to Family in Need

#WATCH | Kalibai, a resident of Bali tehsil of Pali district, shared how the Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana provided financial support to her family during a difficult phase of life.

She said her husband, Isaram, passed away after slipping while bathing. With three sons and six daughters in the family, managing household expenses became a major challenge. When she visited the bank to close her husband’s account, the bank manager informed her that he was insured under the Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana.

With the assistance of bank officials, all formalities were completed smoothly, and she received the ₹2 lakh insurance benefit. Kalibai shared that the financial assistance helped her overcome economic difficulties, and she is now supporting her family through farming and agriculture.
