Democratic Alliance reacts to Phala Phala judgment

The Constitutional Court has ruled that Parliament must set up an impeachment process against President Ramaphosa on the Phala Phala matter.
The apex court has set aside and invalidated the vote on the Phala Phala Section 89 report in Parliament on December 13th, 2022.
Parliament will now have to investigate the merits of the case before subjecting the matter to a vote.
The report found that the President may have committed a serious violation of the law regarding the foreign currency found at his farm.
