#NewsPunch | Delhi High Court has upheld the Centre’s temporary restrictions on Telegram ahead of the June 21 NEET re-exam, refusing to lift the ban until June 22.

The court observed that under Section 69A of the IT Act, the government has the authority to block platforms in exceptional circumstances and said the move was justified in the larger public interest to prevent paper leaks and misinformation.
