Lebanon reels from Israeli strikes despite the ceasefire and upcoming US-hosted talks

The United States is set to host talks between Israel and the Lebanese government next week. Israel has launched a series of air strikes on southern Lebanon, killing at least 18 people. That's despite last month's US-brokered ceasefire.
