Constitutional Court | Judgment reserved in NHI Act legal challenge

The Constitutional Court has reserved judgment in matter challenging the National Health Insurance Act. The court will have to decide whether the legislative process behind the National Health Insurance scheme, fell short of legal requirements. The apex court has been hearing oral submissions. The Western Cape Government has asked it to remedy the flaws, by repeating the National Council of Provinces public engagements. SABC News Economics Reporter Nosipho Radebe has more.
