Should you have to be 21 to buy cannabis and nicotine pouches? P.E.I. thinks so

The minimum age for purchasing nicotine pouches and cannabis in Prince Edward Island may be about to go up. P.E.I. Health Minister Cory Deagle says people should be at least 21 to purchase those products. CBC’s Wayne Thibodeau has more.
