Trust is key to AI adoption in workplaces: Mark Lee

Workers must see AI as enabling and not threatening in order for AI adoption in companies to be successful, said Nominated Member of Parliament Mark Lee in parliament on Wednesday (May 6). He stressed that trust must be built through how AI is deployed, jobs are designed, and workers are supported, so businesses and workers can advance together.
