Julius Mkhwanazi's bail hearing set for Thursday

Suspended Ekurhuleni Metro Police Deputy Chief, Julius Mkhwanazi and his co-accused, Ekurhuleni, City Manager, Kagiso Lerutla will spend three more nights behind bars, before the Boksburg Magistrate's Court decides whether to release them on bail on not. The court has postponed their matter to Thursday, to allow the state more time to prepare for the bail hearing. The pair face a schedule five offence relating to their charges of fraud, corruption, and defeating or obstructing the ends of justice.
