West Bengal elections results: PM Modi's BJP accused of tampering with votes

There have been celebrations after one of India’s biggest State Assembly election upsets.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi led his party’s victory event in West Bengal, where he pledged to keep campaign promises. The state’s defeated Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has called it an 'immoral victory.'
