Ruto: School capitation funds for 1st and 2nd terms disbursed

President William Ruto insists the government has released school capitation for the first and second terms and will soon release the monies for the third term. Speaking at a church service in Murang’a county, the head of state said his administration is focused on its mandate and will not be distracted by critics. MPs accompanying the president rallied the electorate to remain behind Kenya Kwanza’s administration as it fulfils its promises.
