Iran receives US proposal, insists on ending war before any nuclear talks: Esmaeil Baghaei

proposal through Pakistan and is currently reviewing the response.
Baghaei outlined a 14-point plan demanding a permanent end to the war, not a fragile ceasefire or extended pause, as well as the lifting of the United States blockade over the Strait of Hormuz and Iranian ports, along with guarantees and trust-building measures between the US and Iran.
He added that the 14-point plan is exclusively tied to ending the war, and at this stage, there are no nuclear negotiations taking place.
Iran insists on a separate approach: addressing the consequences of the war, the presence of US troops in the Middle East, and easing the blockade over the Strait of Hormuz before any discussion of the nuclear file.
