It&#39;s not a surprise. Historically, when you have a failed Presidential administration, even states loyal to that President&#39;s party see some flips or near flips. It&#39;s more extreme this time around because we have one of the worst Presidents we&#39;ve ever had and the independent vote has shifted heavily away from his party. So far it looks like the Dems will take the House with 220 or 221 seata and the Senate with 52 (51 if you ignore Uncle Phineas Festerman). All assuming that everyone gets out and votes even.if the Execitive branch puts armed agents in between you and the polls. Do not be intimidated.
