Addressing challenges related to social grants

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) is currently grappling with a range of challenges that are affecting thousands of beneficiaries across the country. Many users have reported difficulties accessing the SASSA online portal, including problems logging into their accounts and submitting required documents. These technical issues have added to frustrations among grant recipients who rely on the platform for essential services.
