BS they are just not giving her a dose that is lethal. They are not giving her enough! Even with electrical execution. They would give a volt then MD would check with stethoscope for apical pulse. If there was a pulse increase the voltage.

Yeah, I’ve already been convinced that Lethal Injection should be abolished. Failure rate too high, and strangely enough more inhumane than hanging. <br><br>It’s not that other methods don’t fail so much as they fail a whole lot less, and they don’t take as long. Even if they do fail, it can be a lot easier to try again without needing a specialized material or particular skills.

They could use this for an attempt to release her. After 2 attemps, and providing nothing actually went wrong with or during the injections, than technically she served her sentence. And it could possibly be ruled and act of God that she didn't die.
