The remaining 51% of the adult population falls into two financially strained categories:<br><br>• Cost Insecure (41%): Individuals who lack consistent access to affordable care or have recently been unable to pay for either needed care or medicine.<br><br>• Cost Desperate (10%): Individuals who entirely lack access to affordable quality care and have recently been unable to pay for both care and prescription drugs.
