People always joke that open ai is always having these problems with rougue agents. What people are not realising is Openai is just one of the only honest ai companies self reporting on these things necause of safety issues. Other ai companies just wanna pump out more models and make more money. Im not saying openAi is a saint or nothing just seems more lkely to me that there self reporting and these other companies are not. Who knows what other agents have done in other companies we may never find out.
