Mr president is also in process of disturbing ugandas security by supporting arrests of opposition politicians in uganda. President Ruto needs some lecture in international laws.
It is actually very sad that nothing is balancing at all. Imagine locals paying 18% taxes, LST, mobile Money taxes, data/internet and so many other taxes yet can't afford basic health care and education. The biggest challenge of these debts are due to corruption of government officials.
I salute you Mr President. Very eloquent speech buttressed with facts. We are very proud of you, sir!

You can see the hall almost empty when some continents leaders speaks but filled up when other “major” ones speak. This global disparity, segregation and hamstrings of some countries is so much on full display in the UN. @UN please do better.
