Hundreds clash with military #recruiters as #Ukraine #draft backlash grows

Ukrainians have clashed with military recruitment personnel and police in Lviv in a show of growing public frustration against Kyiv’s mobilization drive amid Russia’s ongoing war.

Video posted on social media shows a large crowd surrounding and rolling over a Ukrainian military vehicle in Lviv, Ukraine, with many shouting “shame” and smashing its windows.

The incident occurred after military personnel stopped a man after discovering that he had allegedly failed to register for mandatory service in the armed forces.
