Can’t relate. My home is small and I don’t have drawers everywhere. This looks like way too much stuff, though.
With the IKEA pot lid organizer, I stretch mine out almost all the way, and I keep it over that gap between the counter and the fridge (a 3"? gap at my place), and I store all of my cutting boards inside of the space between the pegs. It works wonderfully!!! I do this because my rental cupboards are a tacky orange pine, and my wood cutting boards amplified the oranginess too much where I used to keep them, leaning against the backsplash. I love where they are now, and eventhough I'm minimal, adding the pot lid organizer to store my cutting boards gives an "organized" aesthetic, which I like also.
For the knives, I use your method, but I alternate upside down and upright for a neater fit in the drawer. I put the sheets sets in one of the pillow cases so that I don’t have to hunt for the pieces and it makes it easy to pack vertically like a book in my armoire; allowing more space and an ease to grab without having to move things on top of it.

I used to meticulously fold sheets. Now, I simply fold them and stuff the six pillow cases, top & fitted sheet all inside a pillow case. It keeps the set together. I just grab and go. I do not need to search for anything. I am not concerned about wrinkled sheets. That said, once on the bed, they smooth out beautifully. This has been a game changer for me.

I think the best way to “store” items I’m not using is to donate them to charity shops. I only need so many pots and pans, Tupperware etc. it helps to move things on and help folks make a little income.
My dryer balls live in the dryer...

Love the repurposed key and mail holder. You have to give it more structure when being hung on the wall. Every time you added something it would move. That would drive me nuts! 😂🤬
