It turns out the "limp" of "Tyler" in those security videos is actually a decoy Tyler, employing a fake limp method. It's been established when walking down the steps, his right leg fully bends, meaning no weapon could have been down his pant leg. The security footage meant to point to Tyler is actually different persons acting as decoys to falsify security footage to frame Tyler.
