Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi has called on China and Laos to strengthen strategic communication and enhance political mutual trust. Wang made the remarks during a meeting with Lao Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Thongsavanh Phomvihane in Beijing on Thursday. Thongsavanh is making a special trip to Beijing to attend the activities marking the 65th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries.
