Even though I was in 5th grade when the towers were hit to this day I have nightmares of some form or another every single dream I have is of the world ending I don't get to dream anything happy in some way I feel like every dream is in some way someone sharing their life or a life they lived and I see through their eyes. How do you tell someone you have the most vivid dreams you can see people in your dreams and you know this person isn't me but I can see from their perspective. My nightmares never stop and I often get nightmares where like the towers collapsing after they fall I wake up as if the dream was all it was but its not enough for me to have them be vivid sometimes they say when you are in the dream you can feel what they felt. It feels like the worst pain you could ever feel while sleeping and you can't wake up and this happens to me every night I try to sleep as little as possible now cause I don't like feeling what I can see in my dreams. My dream was clear as possible the night before writing this and I could feel it as though it was happening in my bed it was in a massive room cold and the world was coming to an end with no way out. I would like one day to sleep happily. But since then I haven't slept one night without a nightmare.

Greeting! First of all I want to thank the technical webmaster for captioning this 25 Year 9/11 videoclip for any deaf and hard of hearing viewers to hear their stories from being a victim to a victor in 25 years later. Secondly I praise YAHWEH for our one of the former American Heads of State to stand very strong and his leadership going stellar during the national terrorist attack - George W. Bush. Thirdly, I rejoiced for some of the survivors who reunited and at the same time I cried again seeing all of the chaos, tears, confusion, destruction and pain. I remember that I couldn't sleep for one month after the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks in three different USA locations , oh my goodness!!!!!!!!!!! We had learned how we came together for this time like that, oh my goodness, oh my goodness 25 years later!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now this is the America I grew up in - I am 57 and have seen so much happen in the USA and around the world. Right now we need to put down our phones for a while an reconnect w family and friends. Look around at the blue sky and thank God for being alive. Talk to people face to face. Laugh, tell jokes and exchange some zingers when discussing days gone by. Really look at them , their eyes, their bright smile snd their beautiful soul. As they say “Stop and smell the roses” we get caught up the world on the screen of our phone and forget to watch everything around us. Look your mom, dad, kids, close friends, wife or partner and say “I love you” and hug them for a while. Dont text it - tell them - we are so spoiled by all the technology in our life and all the ways to communicate, but we forget the easiest way to show someone you care or are there to talk them thru hard times- sit down w a cup of coffee and talk for a while - slow down - enjoy the experience - this is the way you create memories - I could go on but you get the point- it doesn’t cost a dime to be a compassionate human , it doesn’t cost a dime to help a stranger or just let them know you care. Life goes by in the blink of an eye and the flame can be snuffed out in a nano second. Enough hate and indifference - tomorrow is not guaranteed. God bless all the good folks in this world, tomorrow you might become somebody’s hero -

I still get chills and feel my blood run cold watching the second tower being struck. It was at that moment we knew this was no accident. This was deliberate, and we were under attack. I couldn't move, could not breathe, could not believe what I was witness to. It just kept coming....the Pentagon, then United 93. Fear, not knowing who was next.
We can teach our younger generation, but we can never describe the feeling of watching and experiencing it. They'll never understand how this world is completely different than the world pre-911. We all lost something that day we will never get back. We lost our innocence, our friends, family, colleagues.
I may forget everything one day. I will never forget this. The memories of that day are as clear today as they were that Tuesday morning.

Back in 1991 I was 17 years old. We went to New York City as tourists. I don't remember what floor or tower, But there was a restaurant. Way up there. Actually ate lunch there. I always wondered if that restaurant was hit by one of those planes. I ended up settling down about 35 minutes from Shanksville, PA. And I'm ashamed to say I never visited that memorial until last year. It's beautiful. Flight 93 is never really talked about. The Towers and Pentagon get most of the attention. But it deserves to be remembered and visited as well.

911: I have mixed emotions about the whole thing.
Most of the people or victims involved were veribly innocent.
Caught up in the stream of society.
A society dictated by those who sit in high places.
Often what seems a good thing, is a catastrophe waiting to happen.
From what I understand, the twin towers was built upon the lowest bid, with inferior materials and many shortcuts were decided upon, so it could be built in the quickest fashion.
I wonder, that if it was built upon the highest standards, would the twin towers have held up, like a strong fortress, in addition, have many fail-safes imbedded, with a sufisticated fire suppressing system; that could also supress fuel.
Just think if, there was climbing equipment available, along with an educated staff on the function and use, that are trained to use it safely. how many lives would have been saved.
We are like a technological society, with people still living in the dark ages, running the system.
