Atlantic Seaboard property sale declared unlawful

Housing activists who fought against the sale of the Tafelberg property in Sea Point in Cape Town, say they feel vindicated. It follows a landmark Constitutional Court judgement handed down on Thursday. The apex court ruled that the Western Cape Government and the City of Cape Town's sale of the Atlantic Seaboard property was unlawful.
