Sooo let me get this straight...if a woman or girl verbally accuses a guy of something like this...they automatically are believed? Proof please....there was a case of a young woman making herself look like she was assaulted and beaten...come to find out...she did it to herself and LIED to f up guys lives...let that sink in....

Kim was super quick to release a statement, accusing the latest victim of being a habitual accuser and a liar and meanwhile her son is the one who is a habitual r@pist, including incest r@pist.
Guilty or not, it bothers me that all of this is out for public consumption. He's still a kid. I'm not a mother, but I would be really concerned about his safety as well as anyone in that family. I just don't like this. If he's found innocent, will people still go after him? Probably so. People are unpredictable.

No kidding there wasn't any DNA, the first thing most survivors want to do after being assaulted is scrub their skin off. A child isn't going to "preserve the evidence" of the attack, they're a CHILD.

The judge set the bond at $200k. He will have to live with his mom and attend school online. He will not be allowed to use social media or a cell phone ... and cannot have contact with anyone 16 or under. He will also have to wear an electronic monitoring device.
