Andile Lungisa's legal representative says they have a strong case against ANC SG

The legal representative of ANC mayoral candidate in the Nelson Mandela Bay Metro, Andile Lungisa says they have a strong case to prove.

This after Lungisa instituted a legal challenge of him being removed from the list of PR Councillors in the Metro.

Several candidates from six municipalities in the Eastern Cape have been excluded, following the party missing the set IEC deadline.

Lungisa's legal representative Sinawo Makangela says the matter will be heard in the Johannesburg High Court on the 29th of September.
