Hot pursuit: Man who robbed Indian bank using chilli powder arrested
A man posing as a customer threw chilli powder into the eyes of employees at a bank in Nagpur city, western India, and fled with about $4,200. Police tracked him down within 30 minutes and recovered the entire amount.
